Tribunal Initiates Inquiry—Paperboard Cups and Containers from China - Canada.ca

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today initiated a preliminary injury inquiry (PI-2026-004) into a complaint by Great Pacific Enterprises Limited Partnership (Genpak), of Mississauga, Ontario, that it has suffered injury as a result of the dumping and subsidizing of paperboard cups and containers from China. The Tribunal’s inquiry is conducted pursuant to the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA) as a result of the initiation of dumping and subsidizing investigations by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
